Mario Mazzamuto, the Principal Appraiser, has over 20 years’ experience with thousands of appraisals to his credit, and is considered one of the top appraisers in Northern California. He is licensed as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA), and is also FHA, HUD, USDA approved.  Mario is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Martinez.  In addition to real estate valuation, he has experience as an investor, motivator, and in flipping houses with his wife Jessica.

Although Mario and the company have completed thousands of mortgage appraisals over the past 20 years, our experienced and highly qualified Contra Costa based appraisers ‘specialize’ in helping people who need appraisals for estate purposes, divorce, bankruptcy, FSBO’s and more.

SF Bay Appraisals also works closely with realtors and brokers to help establish listing prices, home sellers to ensure they’re getting top dollar, and home buyers to ensure they’re not overpaying for a new home.
